“ There are 2 girls working in the bar and restaurant every day and night they are outstanding really friendly efficient and hardworking they made us so very welcome as did the guys behind the bar , nice people 😊 in my opinion the campsite is not 5 star lots of things need attention , I reported a problem with my prestige cabin and it was no either fixed nor viewed in fact only when they came to inspect my cleaning on my departure day did they look , no good to my son who couldn’t sleep in the bedroom for 3 nights , then we had 2 persons come to “inspect “ cabin one was polite but I felt counting the cups and spoons loudly , unnecessary as you had a bond of €500 belonging to us , I don’t think we would take any as it may jeopardise our bond 🤷🏻‍♀️I felt out accommodation being prestige and 5 star could’ve been a lot cleaner on arrival lots of dust/hair under beds . The lake area is beautiful , lots of dogs walked down there you should maybe enforce that the owners pick up dog poo so it would be enjoyable for all , I feel if there was a manager to keep on top of things on a daily basis … it could be a good 4 star . The food was very good and fresh it was particularly nice on Sunday evening and served with a smile by those girls who were always working . There was 6 of us on this holiday and I asked everyone would they come back to your campsite also bearing in mind the holiday was in august and we usually visit France in June , everybody said no sorry (See less...) ”
